Far from being ‘yet another 1975 Act claim tutorial’, our next Legacy Team webinar will cover the fundamentals as well as some of the important considerations often facing a charity in defending 1975 Act claims. The webinar will also consider how legacy officers should deal with overseas claims (or claims against overseas assets), similar to 1975 Act claims, and what steps can be taken to mitigate the effect of such claims.
