Right to Work Checks – useful materials for employers
Stone King’s Immigration Team have seen an increase in queries from clients who are becoming increasingly concerned as to whether their Right to Work checks are compliant. Following the release of the Government’s new Right to Work Checklist and further guidance now the UK-EU ‘grace period’ has ended, the Immigration team have been working hard to help keep you up to date.
In July, Head of Immigration Julie Moktadir held a webinar on the new changes to Right to Work checks and the potential impact on employers across the sectors, with a particular focus on EU nationals now that free movement with the EU has come to an end.
