We have a team of experienced HR Consultants working in true conjunction with Employment Lawyers with a focus on speed of response and quality to provide results driven advice.

We are experts in employee relations with the ability to provide advice on all aspects of Human Resources Management. This includes Leadership Coaching and management training.

Our aim is to be client focused and deliver ‘can-do’ HR advice. We will talk to you about your options and communicate this is a clear way without jargon.

The aim of our HR approach is to add value to you organisation to allow you to focus on your objectives in your role. We are working with clients to help them to achieve their aims in the safest possible way whilst adding value to the organisation.

We believe that within our regional approach to managing your HR service (supported by the expertise of our national team) we have the strength, depth and capacity needed to meet all your requirements, and we are confident that our experience and this expertise and quality of service makes our proposed fee structure value for money.

Our regional model means you can build important relationships with experts local to you and we will provide you with a dedicated HR contact as well. We don’t have a call centre we offer a personal approach. 

We try to build an understanding of client’s particular pressures, needs objectives and ways of working and adapt our service to complement them.

We work collaboratively with our clients, not just by providing ‘can do’ HR advice but by helping our clients to upskill, linking them up with networks and opportunities which they can tap into.
