Education Provision

We understand the everyday realities and difficulties of delivering education in the context of ever-increasing detailed legal obligations. In particular we can help with:

• Child Protection and all other aspects of safeguarding:  in particular our team of education and employment experts provide comprehensive coverage of child protection allegations involving members of staff. We have a specialist Safeguarding Team covering a wide range of safeguarding services.
• Special Educational Needs (SEN), including proposals to name the school in a statement, SEN funding, and the link between SEN and disability discrimination.
• Disability and other equality duties, including compliance with planning and policy duties, and the practical application of those duties.
• Particular curriculum issues such as religious education.
