We have unusually long experience of acting for Faith-inspired Independent Schools as part of our leading Independent School practice. We have acted in some cases for more than a century for Schools that have grown out of a wider Faith Mission and part of our approach is recognising that wider mission root. We are very well known in the Catholic Independent School sector being one of the leading supports of CISC. We also act for numerous schools and foundations with Anglican, Methodist, Jewish and other Faith roots. We are closely aware of the context of relevant Canon and other religious law (and indeed history) and the significance of that to the School and its mission.
