The clinic is an initiative between Stone King, Bath Spa University and Citizens Advice B&NES offering initial free legal advice to those thinking about setting up a social enterprise, and answering questions regarding how they operate.

The clinic is for those wanting to learn more about setting up and operating social enterprises, as well as those with queries on existing social enterprises.

Social Enterprise Law Clinics are held throughout the year. Two of Stone King’s lawyers,

Peter Woodhouse (pictured) and Julian Blake, can provide free advice to proposed and existing social enterprises.

Peter, Head of Business & Social Enterprise Sector, is well-experienced in employment law and also supports clients in managing change in their businesses.

Julian, a Partner in the Charity Sector, has specialised in social enterprise and public services for over 30 years.

The venue will be advised upon booking.

Places are free but must be booked. More information and booking here.
