Andrew is hugely experienced in providing commercial property advice to charities, social enterprises, and schools, having now specialised in this area for more than 20 years. His particular expertise is in helping trustees and governors set and implement their property strategy, and to understand the duties on them whilst doing so. Andrew regularly speaks and writes on charity property issues.

Andrew previously worked at Stone King from 2008 to 2017 and is delighted to be back.

As well as working at Stone King from 2008-2017, Andrew has also worked at Bircham Dyson Bell, Bates Wells, and Russell-Cooke. He also recently completed a spell as a locum solicitor at HB Public Law, advising a number of local authorities on their property requirements.

Andrew has qualifications from Imperial College London (BSc and PhD) and the College of Law (CPE and LPC).

Andrew enjoys walking, the seaside, and watching sports he can't quite play anymore.

Andrew has worked with the Ethical Property Foundation for a number of years helping charity trustees understand property issues. He writes regularly for Civil Society Media, and presents on charity property matters for MBL.
