Charlotte joined Stone King as a Trainee Solicitor in March 2018. She is now a Trainee in the firm’s Dispute Resolution and Litigation team in London. Prior to this, Charlotte completed seats in the Charity & Social Enterprise and Education teams.
During her time with the Charity & Social Enterprise team, she assisted charities and social enterprises with a wide range of matters including charity registrations, regulatory work, governance advice and general commercial queries. In the Education team, she primarily advised state-funded education clients on a range of education law matters.
Charlotte studied English at the University of Cambridge, graduating in 2014. She then worked in fundraising for a Cambridge-based disability charity before achieving a Distinction in both her Graduate Diploma in Law and LLM in Professional Legal Practice.
During her legal studies, Charlotte was involved in a number of pro bono projects, particularly in her law school’s housing legal advice clinic. She has also been a youth worker for children and young people with disabilities.
