Charlotte Woodmore
Apprentice Solicitor
Charlotte is an Apprentice Solicitor working in the Corporate and Commercial team in Cambridge.
Charlotte supports a range of clients, from business owners and businesses to educational institutions, charities and social enterprises on corporate issues and intellectual property matters.
Charlotte works across the Corporate and Commercial team, supporting the team on a wide variety of matters.
Charlotte regularly advises on trade mark registration, making trade mark and registered design applications and manages trade mark and registered design portfolios.
She also supports on corporate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, company incorporations and administers the Company Secretarial services.
Charlotte completed her LLB at The Open University, graduating with First Class Honours. Charlotte is currently completing a Solicitor Apprenticeship programme with the College of Legal Practice.
Charlotte is a member of her local running club and enjoys reading and spending time with friends and family.
