Chloe is a Solicitor in the Real Estate Team in Bath. Specialising in the Education Commercial Property. Advising Schools in all aspect of estate management such as land transfers, leases, deed of easements, decarbonisation projects and academy conversions.
Chloe has experience in the Commercial Property Sector, acting for clients and lenders in sale and purchase transactions. Chloe also has experience advising clients on leases, deed of easements, overages agreements and unregistered land transactions/registrations.
