Conor McDonald
Trainee Solicitor
Conor is a Trainee Solicitor working in the Business Property team having joined the team in May 2021. Conor will start his training contract, dedicated to the Business Property and Private Client Property, in May 2022.
Conor has experience across both the Business Property and Private Client Property Teams.
Within the Business Property Team, Conor has experience with sales and purchase of commercial property, grants and renewals of commercial lease for both landlords and tenants, and experience on agricultural matters.
Within the Private Client Property, Conor has dealt with sales and purchase of residential properties, re-mortgages and first registrations of unregistered land.
Conor studied Law at the University of Exeter, graduating in 2019 with a 2:1.
Prior to joining Stone King, Conor studied the LLM LPC at the University of Law in Bristol, achieving a commendation.
Conor is very active in his spare time, playing football and cricket for local teams in Bath. He also enjoys playing golf when he gets the chance.
