Senior Associate
Damian is a Senior Associate in the Employment Team, specialising in the charity sector. He advises across the full range of employment law issues, providing clear and solutions-focussed advice.
Damian is an experienced employment lawyer, with over ten years’ post-qualification experience gained in private practice working primarily with charities and other not-for-profit clients. He joined Stone King in May 2025.
Damian is experienced in advising across the full range of employment law issues, including terms and conditions of employment, discrimination, whistleblowing, individual and collective redundancies, TUPE, grievances and disciplinaries, and data protection issues relating to employees.
Damian also undertakes a broad range of contentious work, including regularly acting for clients in Employment Tribunal claims and drafting and negotiating settlement agreements.
Damian graduated from Exeter University with a degree in Modern Languages (French and Spanish). He completed his GDL and LPC at the College (now University) of Law in London.
