Deborah has worked for several law firms throughout her career; including Walker Morris, where she played a key role in enhancing the firms approach to marketing and business development, including a comprehensive rebrand and refreshed strategy. 

Deborah is a hands-on leader, with a proven track record of excellence. Her deep understanding of the sector and her skill as a marketing leader make her well-placed to look after the firms business development and marketing strategies and teams.
