Emily Moberly
Associate Solicitor
Emily joined Stone King in 2022 as an Associate Solicitor in the Trusts and Estates team based in Bath.
She specialises in Will drafting, inheritance tax and long term care planning, probate and estate administration, and mental capacity work including the application and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney and registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney.
Qualified as a Solicitor in 2016 and has specialised in Wills, Probate and Estate planning since 2016.
Full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 2020.
Full member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE).
