Emma qualified as a commercial property solicitor in September 2015 after training at Hogan Lovells International LLP in London before joining the commercial property team at Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP following qualification. Emma joined Stone King LLP in March 2017.
Emma specialises in advising both education and commercial clients. Emma has advised on a number of acquisitions, disposals, leases and a broad range of landlord and tenant issues in both the commercial and education sectors. Her work also includes acting on a number of academy conversions.
Emma graduated from the University of York in 2012 where she studied law and went on to achieve a distinction on her legal practice course at BPP Law School.
