Legal Assistant
Eve is a legal assistant and fee earner in the construction team. Eve works with all of the team and across contentious and non contentious matters and helps on our project work.
Eve plays a vital role in the success of the construction team and her duties extend far beyond opening and closing files. Eve completes due diligence on clients and investigates opposing parties in dispute. This includes an investigation into an opposing parties financial and good standing, including background checks on key personnel and directors.
Eve assists clients in preparing witness statements and schedules of loss, and prepares bundles for court or tribunal. Eve manages the administration of a busy construction department and ensures everything runs smoothly and meets client expectations.
Awarded a Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety in 2023.
Qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb) in 2023.
Current studies include a Diploma in Business Law at Stonebridge College.
