Fabienne is a Franco-British solicitor with over 10 years' experience advising on cross-border estate planning, administration of estates and French matters. Fabienne is recognised for delivering thoughtful, thorough guidance on complex legal matters and for building longstanding relationships with both clients and peers. Fabienne is a STEP associate and STEP committee member. She regularly contributes to specialist publications and speaks at legal seminars.

Fabienne advises on cross-border estate planning and tax, estate administration and Wills for private individuals, charities and other organisations in France and in the UK.


She also collaborates with solicitors, financial advisers, French lawyers and agents where her expertise on cross-border work is required. Fabienne represents clients in relation to transfers of property in France (sale, purchase, gift, transfers on divorce). Her assistance also includes advice on structuring French property ownership, Powers of Attorney, marriage contracts & civil partnerships (PACS), and other French related matters.

Fabienne holds a STEP Advanced Certificate in Cross-Border Estates and a STEP Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation. She qualified from the University of Law with an LPC & GDL, and also holds a Masters Degree in Business Law from Leeds University. Fabienne also studied abroad and holds a Law Degree and Magistere in European & Business Law from the University of Nancy in France.

Fabienne is a keen tennis player and enjoys walks in the countryside as well as watching rugby. She takes part in various events (races/hiking) to fundraise for charities that are close to her heart.
