Laura Giles
Senior Associate Solicitor
Laura is a senior associate in the Corporate and Commercial team, specialising in transactional and non-transactional corporate matters as well as general commercial advice for business and charity clients.
Laura advises on a broad spectrum of transactional and non-transactional corporate matters including MBO/MBIs, limited company acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, corporate finance, share reorganisations and corporate restructurings, shareholders’ agreements, share options, governance and general company law.
She also specialises in providing corporate support to charities including charity incorporation, governance, mergers and trading subsidiaries.
Laura completed her undergraduate degree in English Literature at the University of Manchester, following which she undertook the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Bloomsbury, passing with distinction.
