Olivia Woolnough

Olivia advises on a range of corporate and commercial matters including corporate finance, banking, corporate restructuring, acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, and general commercial matters. Olivia has experience acting for clients across the business, education and charity sectors.

Prior to joining Stone King as a trainee solicitor in March 2021, Olivia worked in the legal department of a large construction contractor before joining an international law firm.

Olivia was also previously a Trustee of the Board of Mums in Need, a Sheffield-based charity which supports survivors of emotional and psychological abuse. 

Olivia read Law at the University of Sheffield before completing her Legal Practice Course and Masters in Law at BPP Law School in London.

Outside of work Olivia enjoys sailing and improving her foreign language skills. She is also a huge fan of Formula 1.
