Olivia Woolnough
Trainee Solicitor

Olivia is a trainee solicitor in the Commercial Property team and joined Stone King in March 2021.

Olivia's experience in Commercial Property includes advising clients across our business, education and charity sectors in relation to the disposal and acquisition of land, as well as dealing with ecclesiastical property law issues.

Olivia previously completed a seat in our Corporate & Commercial team where she worked on a range of matters involving intellectual property disputes, competition and consumer protection issues, commercial contract reviews and the incorporation of a new investment vehicle to acquire and manage schools.

Prior to working at Stone King, Olivia worked as a paralegal for a large construction contractor before joining the construction team of an international law firm. 

Olivia was previously a trustee of the board of Mums in Need, a Sheffield-based charity which supports survivors of emotional and psychological abuse. She has also volunteered as a gateway assessor at the Citizens Advice Bureau.

Olivia read Law at the University of Sheffield before completing her Legal Practice Course and Masters in Law at BPP Law School in London.

Outside of work Olivia enjoys sailing, yoga and improving her foreign language skills. She is also a huge fan of Formula 1.
