Samuel Winter-Alsop is a third seat trainee solicitor in the Corporate & Commercial team. He has completed seats in the Business Property and Employment and Regulatory Disputes department.
Samuel joined Stone King in June 2017 as a paralegal in Commercial Property, acting for charities and education clients. Prior to joining the firm he has worked as a paralegal in a medium sized rural firm in Wiltshire, in a specialist probate department in Bristol and for the Australian Red Cross in Sydney. Whilst studying, he volunteered in a pro bono clinic in Cardiff advising on a wide range of practice areas for individuals, charities and businesses.
As an undergraduate, Samuel achieved a First Class Honours LLB Law Degree and won an academic award for outstanding performance. He obtained a Pass with Commendation in his Legal Practice Course, which he studied full time alongside working at Stone King.
