Sarah Lane
Partner, Head of Business and Residential Property Teams
Sarah joined the firm as a partner in 2007 having spent six years at London City Law Firms Allen & Overy LLP and US firm Gibson, Dunn LLP before moving to a Wiltshire practice in 2002.
Sarah deals with all aspects of commercial property work including development, finance, options, joint ventures, landlord & tenant, acquisitions and disposals.
Sarah also heads up the Business Property Team at Stone King LLP and deals with work for owner managed businesses looking after their transactional work and general property interests including mainstream commercial property, diversified farm work and high end residential property.
Sarah has particular expertise in licensed property transactions including public houses, petroleum filling stations and leisure industry facilities particularly at airport sites. Sarah is a transactional lawyer who also has experience in care homes, hospital facilities, equestrian establishments and stud farms. Sarah and her team also carry out a lot of farm/country house and high end residential work for owner managers of businesses and their wider families with both a town and country perspective.
