Tessa Bonser

Tessa joined Stone King in January 2023 and brings with her 15 years of experience in private client practice

Tessa’s areas of expertise include wills, trusts and estate planning; assisting clients with inheritance tax planning, complex will drafting and advising on all areas of trusts - often helping clients undo trusts that have not been set up correctly or for ineffective reasons.

Tessa also assists the Team with estate inheritance tax returns as she has a wealth of experience in agricultural property and business property relief claims. 

Tessa is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and The Association of Lifetime Lawyers.  Tessa is also a member of the Bristol STEP Committee.
