Paralegal
Tom is a fee-earning Paralegal in our Commercial Property Team. He entered law working in private client property, dealing with portfolio investment and social housing clients; his current focus is charity property.
Tom has broad experience with land law and conveyancing across residential and commercial property. He has experience with freehold and leasehold matters, rural estates, and both mainstream and tertiary lending.
Tom also has experience with auctions, unregistered land and bridging finance.
Tom is a qualified Paralegal accredited with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. He is a CILEx Associate member and is studying part-time to complete a Level 6 Diploma in Law and Practice.
Tom is a keen fencer and enjoys making ceramics in his spare time. Tom also enjoys music, drawing, woodworking, and spending time with family.
