Each client is given a key contact to work with at Stone King, who will also introduce them to other Stone King specialists when required.
There is no limit to the number of matters that can be raised under this retainer, and its key purpose is to advise as early as possible in matters to save clients time and money in the longer term. The time limit on each matter is two hours, which allows for the vast majority of matters to be covered by the service. If further help is needed after the first two hours of advice, we will agree the cost of that work with the client before it commences.
