Chris Sharpe, Partner, Real Estate Group, Stone King
Chris is a Partner in the Real Estate Group and is experienced in particular in advising our charity, faith and education clients. He has advised on a wide range of matters including advice on charity leases and disposals and acquisitions by charities. Chris is also experienced in dealing with the particular Charities Act requirements that affect property transactions and has had involvement with the Charity Commission in connection with recent changes to the law and guidance. Chris’ experience in private practice is complemented by time spent as an in-house lawyer for a large national museum and time spent volunteering in the charity, faith and education sectors.

Paul is a Partner with 20 years’ experience advising charities on all aspects of property transactions. He has particular expertise in advising religious orders, diocese and education charities nationwide.
