On 6 April 2024, the Flexible Working Act came into force. It is important that all schools and academies know and understand these changes and ensure their policies are updated accordingly. However, how could flexible working work in practice in an education setting?
To add to our own expertise in this area, we will be joined by Nicola Pease, Lead Principal Consultant at Timewise.
We will discuss:
• An overview of key changes in the new flexible working legislation.
• What these changes mean for schools and academies.
• How could this work in the education setting?
• How to reap the benefits of flexible working.
Examples will be shared about what we can learn from how other schools have implemented a more flexible way of working.
There will of course be an opportunity to ask questions, share your experiences, and have discussions around this topic with Nicola and Stone King colleagues, who will be present to help facilitate these valuable discussions with you all.
