The Government has released an updated timeline, setting out the phased roll out dates for reform. You can access the timeline here.
Key changes to note are that fire and rehire restrictions are now due to take effect in January 2027 (rather than October 2026) and the changes to employment tribunal time limits might slip from the previously anticipated implementation date of October 2026, now stating ‘no earlier than October 2026’, leaving the Government some wiggle-room.
