We recognise it is an important part of our responsibility to make sure you are aware of the different pricing outcomes that can occur under different scenarios. We are committed to providing transparent pricing information for our services in as clear and understandable format as we can. In the event any nonstandard elements arise we will always let you know and agree a further budget with you. We will never incur you additional charges without your authorisation.

The above estimate bands are for single sale and purchase of freehold property. In relation to leasehold property a bespoke estimate will be provided at the point of instruction which will take into account the nature of the leasehold property and any potential issues or complications that the practitioner can see.

As an example, if you are selling a leasehold property at £495k and purchasing a freehold property at £450k the costs would be  £1750 - £1950 + VAT for the sale and £1500 - £1750 + VAT for the subsequent purchase.

All estimates are subject to change if the matter becomes protracted or becomes more complex than the initial instructions envisaged.
