Aman qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and joined Stone King in 2025 having previously worked at national law firms Clarke Willmott and Bevan Brittan.
Aman has experience working with a wide range of clients in the private and public sectors and advises on all aspects of commercial property work including landlord and tenant matters, investments, acquisitions and disposals, due diligence and general estate management.
Aman acted for an asset management company on the disposals and lettings of units at an industrial estate in Chippenham with a net worth circa £3 million. He also has experience negotiating and completing a lease of leisure facilities in Royal Victoria Park, Bath; and negotiating and exchanging a complex agreement for lease of the Jolly's store in Bath.
Aman has also acted for a charity on the lettings of its portfolio of office, industrial, and retail units at its Garden City estate. He has also acted for the NHS on the disposal of commercial sites nationally that were deemed surplus to requirements and involving negotiation of complex overage deeds, ranging in value from £100k to £2 million.
Aman completed the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University, achieving a commendation. He also holds an LLB Law (2:1) from Cardiff University.
