Anna Hyde

Anna is a Senior HR Consultant in the Employment Team, based in our Cambridge office. She has worked at Stone King since 2022 and brings a wealth of HR experience from both public and private sectors. With over a decade of experience working with schools and multi-academy trusts, Anna has developed specialist knowledge of HR issues in the education sector.

Anna offers expertise on a range of complex HR matters in a highly unionised environment. This includes redundancies and restructures, Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE), absence management, performance management, safer recruitment, disciplinary and grievance. 

Anna has led harmonisation projects and regularly conducts investigations for disciplinary, grievance and whistleblowing cases. She has developed and delivered HR training programmes and webinars with a variety of topics and audiences, and supports schools with policy development and planning and developing HR strategy.

Anna is committed to building strong relationships with her clients, understanding their business goals and strategy, and providing focused, pragmatic, commercially-driven advice to support their needs.
