Benjamin is a solicitor specialising in commercial property with a particular interest in telecommunications real estate law. Based in Bath, he advises charities and schools on Electronic Communications Code matters, complex acquisitions, disposals, leases, and other commercial property matters. Benjamin trained and qualified in real estate, combining strong technical expertise with a collaborative approach. He provides pragmatic advice and building trusted client relationships.

Prior to joining Stone King, Benjamin was a solicitor at Osborne Clarke, where he worked exclusively for Code Operators on telecommunications real estate matters.

Benjamin now hones this invaluable knowledge and skills in telecommunications property law, representing charities and schools in matters relating to the Electronic Communications Code.  Benjamin secures the best terms possible for clients in thise complex legal area, whilst ensuring necessary Education and Charities Act compliance steps are taken.

Benjamin advises on a wide range of commercial property matters including:
- Electronic Communications Code agreements for both schools and charities;
- removal of telecommunciations masts from buildings; 
- acquisitions of charity land;
- disposals of charity land;
- leases, licences and easements;
- adverse possession applications;
- CIO incorporation transfers of property; and
- preparing precedent documents for charities to use.

Benjamin graduated Law with a Year Abroad (LLB) at Swansea University in 2019 where he spent a year studying at Turku University in Finland as part of the programme. Benjamin worked full-time at a property law firm whilst studying his Legal Practice (Solicitors) LLM, part-time at BPP University. He graduated the Masters in 2021 and qualified as a solicitor in 2022.

In his spare time, Benjamin enjoys spending time with his young family, running and returning to Finland to partake in cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, and ice swimming.
