Jacob is an Associate Solicitor working in our Corporate and Commercial Team advising businesses and individuals on a broad range of matters. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, business structuring, shareholder arrangements, and general corporate governance. Jacob is committed to delivering clear, practical guidance that helps clients achieve their objectives efficiently and with confidence.
Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art from City and Guilds of London Art School. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Law and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from BPP London.
Jacob is an avid supporter of a West-London football team, and still keeps up with his art practice where possible.
