Jacques Cutting
Apprentice Solicitor
Jacques joined Stone King in 2020 and works as an apprentice solicitor, in the International and Cross-Border Team based in Bath.
As a bilingual apprentice solicitor (French and English) Jacques works on a wide range of matters but has a focus on French succession work (probate) and French conveyancing.
Jacques is currently undertaking the Solicitor Apprenticeship programme at BPP University.
Jacques began his legal career as a Bilingual Assistant for the Arbitration department of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris in 2018 and then as Bilingual Assistant in the Intellectual Property department in a Parisian law firm. After growing up and studying in the south of France and working in Paris for 8 years, Jacques decided to move to the UK in 2020 and has worked in Bath within the International and Cross-Border Sector ever since.
Jacques graduated in France with a BA in cultural event management in 2012. In September 2024 received a Certificate of Higher Education in Legal Practice. Jacques is currently doing the Solicitor Apprenticeship programme at BPP University.
Jacques enjoys physical activities such as bouldering, running and walking with his dog Evie, and less physical activities such as watching films with his cat Eddie on his lap and playing board games.
