Katherine Hall

Katherine re-joined the Education Team in September 2020 having previously worked for Stone King as a Paralegal from 2017 to 2019 before completing her training contract elsewhere.

Prior to working at Stone King, Katherine completed her Law degree at the University of Durham and obtained a distinction in her Masters (LLM) alongside completing the LPC.

Katherine advised Education clients on a variety of Education Law issues.

Academy Conversions

Including the conversion of academies into single academy trusts, establishing new multi academy trusts which include both church schools and none church schools, and converting SAT’s to MAT’s

Academy transfers

Including single transfers and situations where a group of academies have transferred to another multi academy trust and the transferor is then wound up; and

Company Law and Governance

Including amending articles of association; providing training to Company Secretary’s and advising on change of name applications, change of registered office and other filing requirements.

Academic Experience

Katherine completed her Law Degree at the University of Durham and later obtained a distinction in her Masters from the University of Law.
