Lisa is a chartered member of the CIPD with over a decade of experience providing excellent and reliable HR advice. She has worked in a variety of organisations and her expertise covers education, charity and also the private sector.
Lisa has advised on complex TUPE transfer cases and large-scale restructures. She is trained and experienced in change management. In her roles Lisa has managed a portfolio of employee relations cases, including grievance, disciplinary, sickness and capability cases.
Lisa is also able to assist organisations in planning their HR strategy. She regularly creates and delivers best practice HR training on a variety of topics.
