Lisa joined the firm in 2015. Lisa is a chartered member of the CIPD with extensive experience in providing professional and reliable HR advice. She has worked in a variety of organisations which include Schools, Higher Education settings and the private sector.
Lisa has advised on complex TUPE transfer cases and large scale restructures. In her roles Lisa has managed a portfolio of grievance, disciplinary, sickness and capability cases.
Lisa is also able to assist organisations in planning and organising their HR strategy in a proactive way and can create and provide bespoke or best practice HR training for managers of staff.
