Rachel Elliott
Solicitor
Rachel joined Stone King in September 2019 and qualified as a Solicitor in the Charity and Social Enterprise Team in March 2022.
Prior to joining Stone King, Rachel worked as a paralegal at a children’s charity.
Rachel advises charities on a wide range of issues, including:
- establishing and registering new charities;
- incorporating unincorporated charities;
- grant funding and fundraising arrangements;
- mergers; and
- governance reviews.
Rachel read law at the University of Birmingham and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP in London.
