Ryan is an Associate Solicitor in the Real Estate team and deals with a wide range of matters which are varied across the business, charity, ecclesiastical and educational sectors which Stone King offers advice in.
His experience incorporates dealing with a wide range of areas within real estate including sales, purchases, leases, overage agreements and more.
Advising on sales of charity property subject to overage to maximise the charity's potential for surplus land.
Advising in relation to leases acting for tenants and landlords for various uses (shops, educational use).
Advising in realation to the property arrangements for academy conversions and transfers: assisting with church of england voluntary aided/controlled schools as well as with other types of schools.
Advising in respect of the property aspects of charity mergers and incorporations.
Ryan is the appointed Engagement Representative for the Real Estate Team.
Ryan studied his undgraduate law degree at Manchester Metropolitan Univeristy and obtained a 1st class honors degree.
Ryan studied his masters in Law and LPC at the University in Law in Leeds and obtained a Distinction.
Ryan enjoys fitness and is a qualified Les Mills and spin instructor outside of the office.
