Zoë joined Stone King in March 2021 as a trainee solicitor and qualified as a solicitor in September 2022. She is based in the London office. Zoë acts in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including acting on behalf of education providers, charities, and other companies. In addition to her commercial litigation practice, Zoë has a particular focus on claims brought pursuant to the Equality Act 2010. Prior to joining Stone King, Zoë worked as a senior paralegal at a renowned London law firm, working on high value catastrophic injury claims.

Zoë’s experience in the Dispute Resolution team includes advising clients in a wide range of disputes across all the firm’s sectors including education, charity, private client, and business. Zoë regularly acts on behalf of clients in respect of claims brought against them pursuant to the Equality Act 2010 and Human Rights Act 1998. Zoë has successfully obtained strike out in several such claims brought against Multi-Academy Trusts.

Zoë has experience advising in a broad range of issues, including contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, defamation claims, company restoration, data breach and judicial review.

Zoë previously completed a seat of her training contract in our Corporate and Commercial team, where she worked on Intellectual Property disputes and prepared corporate documents. 
 

Zoë graduated from the University of Warwick in 2014 after achieving an honours degree in physics. She then went on to gain a master’s in law from the University of Law, achieving a Distinction.
