Further education colleges – becoming a Student Sponsor Licence holder

Join Julianna Barker, Associate in the Immigration Team, for this session to discuss the sponsorship of overseas national students in the UK at further education colleges. In this webinar, Julianna will look at the benefits to further education colleges of being able to sponsor overseas students, as well as the process for obtaining a sponsor licence in the Student route. Consideration will also be given to the legal requirements a further education college must meet in order to successfully apply for a licence, as well as the sponsorship duties the organisation must comply with once a licence is granted.
