Many independent schools in the UK rely on the Home Office’s sponsorship regime in order to sponsor overseas nationals –
students and staff – to come to the UK. Navigating the law on the sponsorship of students and staff can however be challenging.

In this session, we will provide an overview of sponsorship for both staff and students in independent schools, and also look at some of the most frequently asked questions raised by clients, with a particular focus on sponsorship compliance and risk management.
