Organisational change and workforce planning in schools and academies 12.12.2024

Schools and academy trusts are carrying out several organisational change processes at the moment, with more to come next calendar year. With this in mind, we thought we would use this networking session to discuss all things organisational change and workforce management.

Attendees will be able to drop in and bring questions about this topic to the group. 

This is a networking group for HR professionals, CFOs, business managers, and other staff with HR responsibilities in schools and trusts. The group enables the members to come together and network, engage, learn, and share experiences with each other. As this is a networking group, we do encourage members to turn their camera on if they feel comfortable to do so.
We host the sessions and will engage with relevant speakers to ensure we add value to the group.
