Employers have an ongoing responsibility to prevent illegal working in the UK. With the civil penalty for employers who fail to establish a right to work being raised to £45,000 per worker, and more for repeated breaches, it is essential that employers are conducting their right to work checks in line with current Home Office guidance.

Join Head of Immigration, Julie Moktadir, in this session who will give an overview of right to work checks, including for overseas nationals as well as British nationals. Julie will consider the most up to date guidance for employers and provide information on eVisas amid the Home Office’s move to a digital immigration system.

The webinar will be an interactive session with an opportunity to ask questions throughout.
