As a result of workforce shortages in the UK, many state schools are looking to sponsor overseas nationals into essential roles, including both teaching and non-teaching positions.
Once an organisation obtains a sponsor licence, it is essential that they are able to comply with the compliance requirements associated with sponsorship. Join Head of Immigration, Julie Moktadir, in this session to discuss compliance as a Skilled Worker Sponsor Licence holder, with a focus on those in the state school sector.
In this webinar, consideration will be given to key sponsorship duties, as well as the compliance requirements state schools that are sponsors should be aware of, including record keeping and recording duties. Julie will also consider practical steps that state schools can take in order to ensure compliance and protect their licence and sponsored workers.
This will be an interactive session, with opportunities to ask questions throughout.
