Join Head of Immigration, Julie Moktadir, in this session to discuss compliance as a Skilled Worker Sponsor Licence holder, with a focus on those in the state school sector.
In this webinar, consideration will be given to key sponsorship duties, as well as the compliance requirements state schools that are sponsors should be aware of, including record keeping and recording duties. Julie will also consider practical steps that state schools can take in order to ensure compliance and protect their licence and sponsored workers.
