Factors that may impact our fees and timescales:
- Specific circumstances of a case. For example, if only ad hoc support is required.
- Instructions beyond the scope of our original fee estimate. For example, advice on immigration routes is outside of the scope of a sponsor licence application fee estimate.
- Certain immigration and visa requirements not being met, or if a matter becomes complex. For example, if there are issues with the good character requirement for naturalisation.
- The application process takes longer than anticipated. For example, if the application takes beyond 6 months from the date of instruction to complete, our fees estimates or fixed fees may be revised.
Additional support
We can provide additional support in the form of one-off consultations and ad hoc advice on an hourly rate basis.
