We're delighted to welcome several new colleagues to Stone King as we continue to strengthen our expertise across Real Estate, Planning and Employment services.
Among the latest appointments is Bernard Ralph, who joins as a Planning Partner based in London. He will be joining the Real Estate Team to take forward and grow a Planning offering within the same. Alongside him, David Ramsbottom joins as an Associate in the Real Estate team and is based in Birmingham.
An experienced solicitor, Bernard advises a varied client base through all elements of the planning process. His expertise spans planning applications, complex planning agreements, appeals, Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) matters, enforcement investigations, policy development and Judicial Reviews. He also has a specialist niche in resolving aviation objections to wind farm developments. Bernard's broad planning and development experience further strengthens Stone King's real estate offering and supports clients navigating increasingly complex property and planning matters.
David is a commercial property lawyer with particular expertise in advising charities, including a strong focus on faith-based organisations. Drawing on a background in agriculture and landed estates, he brings valuable experience of rural property matters alongside a broad understanding of commercial real estate issues. David has advised a diverse range of charities, faith groups and landed estates on property transactions, estate management, and wider commercial and agricultural property matters, further strengthening Stone King's market-leading Real Estate practice.
In addition, we’re also thrilled to welcome Euan Shaw, Paralegal in the Real Estate team in London.
Commenting on the growth of the Real Estate team, Caroline Taylor, Head of Real Estate, said: “We're delighted to welcome our new colleagues to Stone King.
