Stone King takes to the water for hospital charity

A spirited team from Stone King's Cambridge office, dubbed the Stone King Rock Stars, made waves on the River Cam on Saturday 9 September in the annual Cambridge Dragon Boat Festival.

The team took part in the event to raise money for the Addenbrooke's Charitable Trust, enjoying the festival’s fun atmosphere and colourful spectacle in aid of good causes.

Led by Chartered Legal Executive Julianna Barker, the Stone King Rock Stars were one of 34 teams taking part, entertaining hundreds of spectators with their efforts.

The Addenbrooke's Charitable Trust provides innovation in patient care including cutting-edge technology, additional specialist staff and extra comforts for patients.

The fundraising efforts were boosted by a £250 donation from the firm’s charitable arm, the Stone King Foundation.
