Chloe is a qualified Chartered Legal Executive with a passion for family Law who is pleased to be helping people in children matters, divorce and financial remedies.

She is a member of Resolution, adopting a conciliatory approach to family issues and considering the needs of the whole family.

Chloe recognises that it is fundamental for parties to receive the right legal advice and guidance when resolving issues of separation and children matters.

Whilst Chloe is based in our central Bath office, she regularly acts for clients in the south west and all over England and Wales. She can see clients both in person and via video call.

Chloe endeavours to provide clients with a high-level service, whilst balancing the need for the advice to be cost effective.

She joined Stone King in 2023 from Lyons Davidson Solicitors.

Chloe’s professional experience covers a wide range of family issues covering child arrangement orders, parental responsibility, declaration of parentage and domestic abuse. Chloe has further expertise in dealing with finances on divorce.

Chloe continues to build a rapport with clients and barristers, she is able to attend court hearings to ensure clients are fully supported throughout a difficult time.

Chloe qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in July 2022 and her credentials are FCILEx.

Chloe values spending quality time with her family and friends and loves to travel and explore new places.
