Danielle is an Associate in the Education Team and advises maintained schools and academy trusts on a broad range of issues, ranging from academy conversion and transfer projects through to operational issues such as admissions and parental complaints. As the team’s Professional Support Lawyer, Danielle is also responsible for maintaining the Education Team’s knowledge function.

Danielle has acted on a large number of academy projects, including those relating to the establishment of single and multi-academy trusts and free schools, the conversion of schools (including sponsored academies) and the transfer of academies between academy trusts. A number of the projects that Danielle has worked on have been high profile and gained national news coverage.
Danielle also advises maintained schools and academy trusts in relation to a number of key operational areas, including, but not limited to, parental complaints and admissions. Danielle has a particular interest in special educational needs and safeguarding.- Academic Experience

Danielle studied law at the University of Warwick, she then completed her LPC at BPP Cambridge where she achieved a distinction and the highest overall mark in her cohort.
