David Wilby

David advises independent schools on all aspects of pupil and parent-related matters, including safeguarding, Equality Act disputes, the management of parent complaints, as well as regulatory compliance concerns involving Ofsted/ISI and the Department for Education. David also has experience supporting independent schools with mergers and acquisitions.

David holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Bristol with a specialism in Corporate Goverance and completed his legal training at the University of Law. 

Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his young family, as well as visiting museums and art galleries.
