Independent schools have faced significant levels of complaints (and some legal claims) arising from lockdown, remote provision, and of course the CAGs. With further reintegration, the response to Summer Term fees letters, and a set of assessed grades looming, it’s a good time to reflect on management of complaints, and practical steps which can help support your school and staff.
